Family Advocate

Description:
Provide victim advocacy and support, crisis assessment and intervention, education and guidance surrounding the investigative process to abused children, children who have witnessed severe violence and their families in the aftermath of their crisis and
Qualifications:
- College Degree in Social Work, Criminal Justice or related field preferred.
- Minimum of two years direct service experience working with abused children and families.
- Must possess a strong sense of compassion and empathy
- Must have knowledge of the criminal justice and child welfare systems.
- Skilled in working with families from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
- Possess the ability to work well with multiple disciplines.
- Skilled in communicating well orally and in written form.
- Ability to work independently as well as bpart of a team.
- Skilled in maintaining profossionalism and confidentiality.
- Possess strong organizational skills and ability to manage resource materials.

Child & Family Therapist
Starting Salary: Competitive Pay | Deadline: 3/31/26
Description:
We are building our therapy team and looking for professionals who are passionate about helping kids and families. We use evidenced-based treatment modalities to engage our clients and to help them on a path toward healing. As therapists at a Child Advocacy Center, we are a part of a bigger team and mission. We are there to support children and families when they need it the most.
Qualifications:
- Minimum requirement of Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling or a directly-related field.
- Masters level licensure in Missouri or eligible for immediate licensure required.
- Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of trauma, trauma responses, and child development.
- Ability to communicate well orally and in written form
- Ability to complete documentation in a timely manner.
- Comfort working with a diverse client population.
- Must be available to work flexible hours including some evening hours.
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience
